Is there a charge for the Campus Card?

The first card is free, but there is a fee for replacement cards ($19), so try not to lose it.

How long will it take once my Campus Card Online Application is submitted?

We try to respond to all online applications within 48 business hours to let you know whether your submission has been approved or denied. Please allow another 24 business hours after approval for your card to be produced.

What is the largest file Size I can upload?

6MB.

What photo file types do you accept?

Only .jpg files are accepted for upload.

What happens if the photo I supply does not meet the requirements specified by the Campus Card Office on this site?

Your application for the Campus Card will not be processed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why your photo and/or signature is not acceptable and will have to either re‐upload another picture and signature, or visit the Campus Card office to have your Campus Card manually produced.

How do I get a replacement card?

If you lose your card, immediately go to the Web Card Center to mark your card as lost - this will deactivate your card, protecting your money and access privileges. You are responsible for all transactions up until your card is marked as lost. You can also deactivate your card by contacting the Campus Card office, either in person or by phone.
To obtain a replacement, simply visit the Campus Card office and we can make you one on the spot.
