WatCard Frequently Asked Questions

The first card is free, but there is a fee for replacement cards ($19), so try not to lose it.
We try to respond to all online applications within 2 business days to let you know whether your submission has been approved or denied. Please see the approval email (sent to your Carleton account) for next steps.
You will receive an email indicating the reason why your photo and/or signature is not acceptable and will have to upload another picture and signature through the same process. Your card cannot be made until you do.
If you lose your card, immediately go to the Web Card Center to mark your card as lost - this will deactivate your card, protecting your money and access privileges. You are responsible for all transactions up until your card is marked as lost. You can also deactivate your card by contacting the Campus Card office, either in person or by email (using your Carleton account). To obtain a replacement, visit the Campus Card office in 407 University Centre - the fee is $19.

Great! You can reactivate it through the Web Card Centre as long as you haven't already replaced it.
